Saving

How do I save a post?

In Instagram, Facebook or another app, tap Share → Copy link. Open SaveDrop and tap Paste. Then choose what to save and tap Save to Photos. You can also share a post straight to SaveDrop from the share sheet.

Why can't SaveDrop save this post?

• It's a Story, or the post is only shown to logged-in people: SaveDrop asks sites for posts without logging in, so posts that need a login, such as Stories, can't be saved. (When you share another web page from Safari, SaveDrop uses the photos and videos on that page as Safari shows it.)
• It's private or deleted: SaveDrop can't save posts that aren't available to you.
• The site changed something: tap Send link, and we'll fix it.

Where do my saves go?

To your Photos library, or into the album you choose with Save to Album. History in SaveDrop lists what you saved.

Subscription

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SaveDrop. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

I paid, but SaveDrop still shows the free plan

Open Account and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't show Pro, write to us with the date you subscribed.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
